Returns & Refunds

Thank you for choosing our small scrunchie business. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each request and inquiry is dealt on a case-to-case basis. Please find below our refund and returns policy:

1. Refunds: We may offer refunds for products that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. If your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund. We will require proof of purchase and photographs of the faulty or damaged item. If approved, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs
2. Returns: Unfortunately for sanitary and convenience reasons we do not accept returns for products we sell. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with our product. We will require proof of purchase and photographs of the item to further assistantance and offer an appropriate solution
3. Exchange: We do not accept exchanges for our products for a change of heart. However, if the product you recived is damaged we can discuss further for an appropriate solution.
