1. Shipping Location: Please note that at Ivy Rose, we currently ship within Australia only. Our scrunchie collections are exclusively available for our lovely customers within the country.
2. Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-5 business days. However, during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your location within Australia. Standard shipping within Australia generally takes 2-6 business days. However, keep in mind this doesn't include the processing time for each order.
5. Tracking: All packages shipped through Australia Post come with tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Please use this tracking number to track your package online.
